Pho One is an authentic family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in the Westchase District of Houston, with over four decades of acclaimed family recipes and tradition. We specialize in a variety of noodle soups (Pho) and traditional Vietnamese cuisine made according to our award-winning family recipes, always with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. With a rich family tradition of Vietnamese cuisine starting with one of Saigon’s most famous noodle shops in the 1960s, to (pre-Katrina) New Orleans success and now the “best pho in Houston” according to the Houston Press, we are proud to serve fresh, authentic Vietnamese cuisine that would make Grandfather Vu proud.

My boyfriend and I wanted some warm pho on a cold evening last week and found Pho One on Google. What a cozy little restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was amazing, and we had a great experience. The two of us split a large bowl of beef brisket pho and spring rolls.
